Katherine McGuire is the Director of Institutional Research at Oxford College of Emory University. She has been in the field of higher education institutional effectiveness for nineteen years, has previously held administrator positions at Agnes Scott College and Washington and Lee University, and has taught at Valdosta State University, Appalachian State University and Southern Virginia University. Dr. McGuire is a former President of the Georgia Association of Institutional Research, Planning, Assessment, and Quality (GAIRPAQ). She was founding President of the 501(c)3 public charity Rockdale County Autism Support Group, Inc. She has been on the ASPA-GA Council since 2014, is the current chair of the research committee and co-chair of the fundraising committee, and served as the fundraising chair for SECoPa 2014 in Atlanta. She holds a doctorate in public administration from Valdosta State University.
